If for any reason, you are unhappy with your order when you receive it, simply contact us with 7 days and tell us why the purchase is being returned. So if you are not completely satisfied, simply return your purchase to us for a replacement or refund. Returns and Cancellations are simple – please phone (07) 3374 1648 or email us within 7 days and we will provide you with a return order reference number and instructions on how to proceed. All returned items must be returned in the original packaging, unused, and containing all original product accessories. Proof of purchase must also be included. You will be responsible for any shipping and delivery charges for returned good. Damaged or missing items should be brought to our attention within 24 hours of receiving them. Please phone (07) 3374 1648 or email us and we will gladly replace the item (subject to availability) without any additional charges, or provide you with a full refund. Cancellation of orders can be done any time up to the point where it has been dispatched. If your order has been dispatched, it is no longer in the possession of Brookfield Produce and cancellation is not possible. Simply contact us by phone or email, quote your order / details to establish if your order is within time for cancellation (ie prior to dispatching). There is a cancellation fee $5.00, as we are charged by the bank for your transaction when you purchase with credit card then also charged again when we credit the money back to you.
Please note that we do not keep ANY banking or credit details on file. You will be required to provide either bank account or credit card details to receive a refund. Refunds will be processed in full either before 2pm or on the next business day.
